Diverse social media content focused on promoting e-commerce, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
Example: Navy Pier
In order to drive awareness and social engagement on dining options at Navy Pier, I created a 5 week Facebook LIVE series titled, Pier Eats. The weekly social media series highlighted the food experiences of prominent local food bloggers from the Chicagoland area at 3 locations throughout Navy Pier—one for appetizers and drinks, one for a main course, and one for dessert. Each week, Navy Pier fans were able to tune in to Navy Pier's Facebook LIVE video and preview the amazing food available at the Pier. It was a highly successful cross collaboration as all 3—Navy Pier, the business, and the food bloggers—gained social exposure.
In an effort to get people reacquainted with the newly renovated Fifth Third Bank Family Pavilion at Navy Pier, I decided to do a Facebook LIVE series called Inside the Fifth Third Bank Family Pavilion. This series aimed at highlighting the many experiences available to guests inside the Pavilion. Below are examples of some of the LIVE videos I conducted.
